Free shipping qualifications. There are two ways to get free shipping. 1. The item must be shipped to an in town commercial business that is staffed during normal business hours with a forklift or loading dock that is accessible by a semi-truck. 2. The item is shipped to a nearby shipping terminal, and you can pick the item up at the terminal.
